PRODUCTS
Absorbing advanced foreign technology, we have designed and developed large diameter winding HDPE production line. Our extrusion line can produce pipes with diameter from 200mm to 3000mm. These pipes
1. The crusher adopts four groups knives design, the crushing capacity is 2 times more than normal crushers. 2. Patent technical products feature in full and efficient dehydration. 3. Tag separator can ensure 98% mark scaling ratio.

Equipped with two high-efficient single screw extruders and notching machine barrel to ensure effective extrusion of different materials for two walls. Highly effective cooling system can ensure high speed production in continuity. Nitrogen treated moulds and adjustable wall thickness device can ensure production with different materials and HG degree.
Single wall corrugated pipe production line consites of extruder,die , moulding machine .and winder or stacker .It is used to process single wall corrugated pipes with diameter from 400mm to 200 mm, which are used for wire and cable, and used are drainage pipes of washing machine ,vent pipes ,etc.
